Daily kits do — every rank keeps access to every daily kit below it. Biweekly kits don't stack; buying a new rank replaces your previous biweekly kit with the new one.
Yes. Each rank builds on the one before it — commands like /feed and /pokeshout carry forward with shorter cooldowns, and new commands stack on top as you climb.
Each rank's one-time drop is delivered once, when you purchase that rank. Upgrading to a higher rank delivers that rank's own one-time drop.
